We request full payment upon completion of work.  We accept Bank Transfer, Paypal Card and Cash.

Are you insured, trained and certified?

How much will it cost?

There are so many variables that affect the cost of our services; usually we can work on images, or we can take a look at the property from google maps. For larger commercial premeise we may need to carry out a free site survey. This allows us to give you a correct, detailed estimate outlining the surfaces that need to be cleaned.

Does soft washing work?

Absolutely, most business’s now request it. The results speaks volumes.

Why is soft washing better than pressure washing?

Soft washing exterminates the bacterium that causes discolouration, while pressure washing hardly cleans off the surface. Furthermore, soft washing doesn’t use damaging high pressure.

How long does a soft washing treatment last?

Usually, a soft washing treatment lasts at least four times longer than pressure washing, before discolouration reoccurs. In the majority of cases, our treatments last much longer than 12 months.

Do you remove all stains?

Softwashing removes all organic growth matter namely algae . Rust stains and mortar stains are not covered by our softwashing. The best way to remove these is by stiff brush and mild brick acid . Always carrying out a test patch first .
